We were painting the walls the other day and she asked me ‘Do you think that when you smoke in here, the smell of it gets stuck in the paint?’ At first I thought it was a ridiculous question but then I remembered how her scent still lingers on my freshly cleaned sheets and how I can still smell her perfume every time I get in the car. ‘Yeah, maybe’ I replied. ‘I’ll go outside.’(via placiddream)
